I was reading an article on KSL regarding home prices declining in Utah and became a little annoyed at all the comments being made by Utah homeowners. For some reason everyone wants to blame the REALTORS for the market being the way it is. I suppose people need to point their fingers at someone and REALTORS are an easy target. The fact of the matter is this: Those of us in Real Estate are not responsible for the current market conditions, particularly the decline in home prices.
